1. We would be delighted to welcome you to The Beeches to view our facilities. Please telephone to arrange an appointment.
2. Bookings will not be considered to be confirmed until The Beeches receives a completed booking form, which The Beeches should receive within seven (7) days of a verbal confirmation.
3. Approximate numbers and final arrangements should be confirmed not less than seven (7) days prior to the function & final numbers attending should be confirmed no less than two working days in advance. The amount payable by the client will be calculated on this number or the number attending, whichever is the greater.
4. The Beeches may request a deposit before any function and, if not paid within seven (7) days on request, The Beeches may treat the booking as cancelled.
5. The client shall be held responsible for any damages caused by the customer, his guests, agents, employees etc.
6. The Beeches accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any losses, damage or injuries caused to persons attending any function on its premises or to any property belonging to such persons. Liability for such losses, injuries and claims shall be the sole responsibility of the client who agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified The Beeches in respect of any such claims, losses or damages to fully insure against such claims, losses or damages as a condition of being permitted to use the premises and property of The Beeches.
7. Cancellations - If The Beeches are unable to resell the space on behalf of the client, the following charging schedule applies:

Less than one (1) week prior to function - 100% of the anticipated bill
From 1-3 weeks prior to the function - 50% of the anticipated bill
From 3-6 week prior to the function - 25% of the anticipated bill

8. Credit is available only if agreed with The Beeches before any function commences. Where credit is agreed, invoices issued under such an agreement are for payment within seven (7) days.
